    Here's a superb
    ORIGINAL
    1947-8 INGERSOLL MICKEY MOUSE ALARM CLOCK IN WORKING CONDITION.
    This clock has a metal housing and was introduced in 1947.  In 1949, Ingersoll changed to a bakelite case.  This was the first post-war model issued by Ingersoll.  The clock works beautifully ~ it keeps accurate time and the alarm works.  The only problem is it is missing the front glass, which I'm sure can be easily replaced.  The clock is approximately 4 3/8" tall and the round area is 4 1/4" in diameter.
    See photos for a closer look.  Minimal paint loss on the base; a really attractive specimen of an iconic design.
