Vintage Black Sewing Machine Pendant / Ribbon Necklace Handmade out of Clay?

Vintage
sewing machine pendant with ribbon to wear as a necklace.
I think this
is handmade. I bought it at a local quilt show I believe around the late 90's.
The sewing machine looks to be made out of clay by the way the back of it looks since it's roughly done and not smooth.
It's got a wire earring that has been epoxied/glued in place for the ribbon to go through.
It's an older style sewing machine and has a measuring tape, thimble, scissors, fabric details.
Condition:
In good vintage condition. No breaks/cracks.
The back of the sewing machine pendant is roughly done though. It's not smooth.
