  • Condition: The meter box is untested. The needle does move (Has a natural bounce when lightly moving the meter). There is some lose plastic inside the meter you can see and hear it moving around when lifting the meter. Both front knobs move well. There is some engraving on the outside of the meter, see photos. There are some chips, cracks and missing exterior pieces of the meter box, see photos. There is a calibration sticker on the back of the meter. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
